This holotext can be found in a detached room accessible only by solving the warp ring puzzle in the Ring Facility. It lays out the plan to construct a warp ring to the Numencore as it was first being explored, once the technology had been created.

When Symis figured out how to cast receiving rings, we celebrated. With their modified rune configurations we can send a condensed “package” of ring materials through an existing ring, where at the destination the package would expand and link to the sending ring as its receiver. We’ve already made all the calculations. After this first test, we’re now ready to reach the massive primal energy source the Aphelion detected so long ago. We’ll cast a ring to it, and begin sending construction materials and personnel through. Hail to Avsohm!
