This book can be found in a chest, just outside a large cavern within the Sal'Anyr mesa, stating that there has been very little production from this cave.

Transcription¶
Expeditions into this cave have been less than fruitful. There's a dearth of useful ore, and the darkness makes it impossible to navigate. I brought along candles, but they're barely strong enough, and my flint and steel always runs out. Next time, I'll be more prepared.
