This book can be found in a chest in the Exodus Vault, with a Blue Exodus Sergeant gloating about their colossal weapons being used on the Aphelion.

They told me that my guns were too big.
"Sergeant Gokoh!", they complained, "those things are entirely impractical!"
But I showed them! The Chief Science Officer specially requested two Obliterators, FOUR of my Crusher-Evaporators, and even a Doomray for the Aphelion! I always knew that ship had potential as a weapon of war! "It's a vessel designed only for research for the betterment of the realm, and these weapons will be for research purposes only", my hat!
Whether it's frost barbarians, hordes of Tri-Moon undead, or even Maelihs's army, none of them will be able to stand up to the might of my precious children.
